THE CORPORATE LADDER

A pseudo adventure game using pre-rendered backgrounds. Made for a game jam in a week with Unreal 5.5.

I built the camera system which uses a post processing material for the 2D backgrounds. I also set up the interface and interactable objects for the player. The character models and office assets came from Fab.

ACID REFLEX

A physics based first-person arcade platformer. The player must survive for two minutes while standing on a precarious platform. However, a steady stream of objects fall from the sky threatening to fling the player off the platform. Made for a game jam in a week in Unreal 4.23.

I made a blueprint that randomly spawned objects above the player and despawned when out of view. A lot of work went into tuning the physics of the player, the platform, and the objects.

LEVI LARCENY

Third person arcade platformer. Race to the other side of a lava pit using the falling pieces of a castle as a makeshift bridge. Made for a game jam in a week with Unreal 4.23.

The debris randomly spawns along a spline with low gravity to allow the player to grab and spin the pieces. I modeled and animated the main player animations along with the cutscenes in Maya.

HIGH BEAMS

A cinematic platformer where you play a car that can only fall down. Made for a game jam in a week in Unreal 5.4.

I made a blueprint with cameras attached to splines which follow the player car and blend when a new trigger activates. I modeled the car while the rest of the assets come from Fab.
